The guide is written by Jaan Aps, Chairman of "Estonian Social Enterprise Network" and translated into Swedish by Bert-Ola Bergstrand, Social Capital Forum in Sweden. The project is part of the Erasmus + projectet "Social entrepreneurship development in the Baltic Sea Region ".
