Social Capital Forum in Sweden, together with the organizations in Denmark, Finland, Poland, Estonia and Latvia produced a report with a range of advice to municipalities in relation to how they can stimulate the development of social start-up operations in the seven aforementioned countries surrounding the Baltic Sea. If one is to encourage and create favorable conditions for the emergence of these types of businesses requires interventions in many areas public can have a big impact.
